1. Service Overview
TryKaro provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology as a service ("Service") to e-commerce merchants ("Merchants"). Merchants embed TryKaro's widget on their product pages to allow end consumers ("Consumers") to visualize garments on themselves before purchase.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to registered businesses operating lawful e-commerce stores. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to bind your organization to these terms and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
3. Account & API Keys
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials.
- Do not share API secret keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
- Report any unauthorized access immediately to security@trykaro.ai.
- We may revoke keys if we detect abuse or security risks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Submit images depicting minors, violence, or illegal content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
- Use the Service to generate deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or misleading content
5. Billing & Plans
- Free tier: 100 try-ons/month, no credit card required.
- Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Overages: Paid plans may exceed their monthly allocation; overage is billed at the per-try-on rate for the plan tier.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from the billing dashboard. Access continues through the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds: No pro-rata refunds for partial months. Disputed charges should be raised within 30 days.
6. Service Levels
- We target 99.5% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance).
- Try-on results are best-effort AI inference — accuracy varies by garment type and image quality.
- We do not guarantee specific conversion rate improvements.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance via email.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain ownership of garment images and product data you supply.
- Consumer images: Consumers own their selfies. They are processed under your data processing relationship with your customers.
- Our technology: TryKaro's models, algorithms, APIs, and SDKs remain our intellectual property.
- Generated results: Try-on result images may be used by Merchants for customer communication within the shopping session.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRYKARO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity (12 months). Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, before resorting to binding arbitration.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
